Objectives:

To promote the development of new concepts and ideas which may eventually be submitted as comprehensive proposals under the HBCU/OMI Core Program by teaming an HBCU/OMI faculty member with a student and encouraging them to explore new and innovative paths to improve our scientific understanding of energy and related environmental technologies.
