Donna L. Tamilia

Donna L. Tamilia has worked at the U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory (and its predecessor organizations) in Pittsburgh since 1974.   Donna has spent all of her 30 years in the human resources arena.  She is currently a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Resources Division and her expertise falls in the areas of employee relations and performance management and awards.   Donna has been a member of NETL's Performance Management Advisory Committee (PMAC) since 1998.  Donna holds a B.S. degree in Public Administration from Point Park University.
