Dr. Murry is an Assistant Professor of management in the School of Business Administration at Duquesne University where he teaches human resource management, strategy, organizational behavior, and leadership classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Murry's research and publications include the areas of leadership, team building, organizational cultures, affirmative action, sexual harassment, personality, and genetic testing in the workplace. In addition to his teaching and research, he has consulted with several businesses and government organizations on organizational strategy and mission development, management/executive assessment and development, financial incentive alternatives, and compensation evaluation programs for labor management negotiations. Additionally, Dr. Murry has helped develop and implement programs of Total Quality Management and Continuous Improvement for both the public and private sectors. Dr. Murry is currently a member of the Academy of Management and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists Dr. Murry received his Ph.D. in management in the disciplines of organizational behavior, and human resource management from VPI. He holds additional degrees at both the undergraduate and graduate level in architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology.
