Rex Gatto, Ph.D.

Rex Gatto, Ph. D., President and founder of Gatto Associates, LLC is an innovative resource for national and international companies. His psychological application to the workplace has helped many businesses and people become better and more efficient. Dr. Gatto bas helped people deal with issues ranging from leadership and communication to dealing with difficult people and work-life balance.

Dr. Gatto is a winner of the American Society of Training and Development Outstanding Speaker Award, is an internationally known speaker, author including books translated into German and Russian. He is a licensed professional counselor, certified psychologist and board member of the National Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapists.  He was recently named a fellow and member of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy.

He is also on the board for the Center for Theater Arts, Seton La Salle High School, and other community organizations that promote arts, music, and athletics for the community.

Dr. Gatto's media credits include among others, the New York Times, The Business Times, KDKA TV, The Accounting Web, KQV Radio, Polaris International Quarterly, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette, The Aspen Law and Business Advisory and the St. Paul Pioneer Press.  He has authored the highly acclaimed "Smart Manager's FAQ," in addition to books on stress, presentation, work/life balance and mentoring. He also had a successful weekly radio show on KQV called "Lead the Way," a business leadership program.

Dr. Gatto has been in private practice for twenty years and continues to house his practice in Pittsburgh, PA.
