Wayne R. Davison

Wayne R. Davison is a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations) in the Corporate Administrative Office at the Western Area Power Administration (Western). Wayne has spent all of his 15 plus years of Federal civilian service working in the area of Employee Relations. He has been with Western since 1995 and is responsible for Western's Performance Appraisal and Recognition System, in addition to other Employee Relations programs. Wayne graduated with honors from Metropolitan State College of Denver and received a B.S. degree in Business Management in 1985.
