Back-up (Snow) Date: February 9, 2013

1. Coaches must submit the team registration for the WVSB on-line by January 11, 2013.
   The registration site is found at the coaches page of the National Science Bowl Website.
   
   
2. Students must complete the Student Medical Form and the Parental Consent Form. Original forms must be given to coaches for submission to the Regional Science Bowl Coordinator on or before the day of the competition. Scanned copies of signed forms may be submitted to the Regional coordinator by email.
   
   
3. Coaches must complete the Adult Medical Form and the Adult Media Release Form. Original forms must be given to the Regional Science Bowl Coordinator on or before the day of the competition. Scanned copies of signed forms may be submitted to the Regional coordinator by email.
